BEST Plus and BEST Literacy
BEST Plus 2.0 is an oral test that assesses adult English language learners’ listening and speaking skills in English. BEST Literacy is a print-based test that assesses adult English language learners’ reading and writing skills.

Assessment Resources

- All adult education students must have a valid administration of an approved assessment for enrollment and a second administration to show educational gain. For the list of approved standardized assessments and more information, read Division of Adult Education policies.
